Brown Palace Hotel and Spa ATS Project

Opening 121 years ago on August 12, 1892, The Brown Palace is one of Denver’s most storied and historic luxury hotels. Past guests of The Brown Palace include The Beatles, the “Unsinkable” Molly Brown, Theodore Roosevelt and Dwight D. Eisenhower. ATS is retrofitting the existing mechanical system in The Brown Palace and its partner Comfort Inn across the street with Alerton BACnet controls to manage the central plant and 500+ rooms in the two hotels. Due to the historic nature of the hotel, ATS is utilizing a unique wireless communication system for DDC control in each guestroom.
