Matthew Gompert, the Managing Partner for ATS Rocky Mountain, brings over two decades of industry expertise to the role. With a technical sales and management background, he held several key roles at Johnson Controls, including Branch Manager and General Manager, before joining ATS in 2016. Matthew has a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as well as EIT and LEED certifications. Outside of work, he serves on the North Star Academy School Board and coaches youth sports. His passion lies in leading and learning from exceptional individuals, both personally and professionally.
