Four Seasons Hotel | Denver, CO
Located near historic Larimer Square, The Four Seasons Hotel Denver is a Five-Star luxury hotel and the 4th tallest building in Denver. ATS provided the Four Seasons Denver with an Alerton Compass building automation and control system, giving the staff peace of mind knowing their environmental and HVAC systems will perform optimally. ATS also provided a FacilityCare plan, a fault detection and diagnostic service providing hotel staff with facility analytics that provides suggested improvements for energy savings, equipment longevity, and, most importantly, points out problem areas that could affect guest comfort.

Canvas Stadium at CSU
Completed in 2017 the CSU Canvas Stadium in Fort Collins brought college football back to the Colorado State University campus for the first time since 1967. The 727,000 sqft facility features a 41,000-capacity stadium, training facilities, offices, an alumni center and 60,000 sqft of general classroom space.
ATS Rocky Mountain provided an Alerton Compass building management system for the facility along with control of the VAVs, VFDs and the central plant. This project had an accelerated time table that required ATS to integrate the stadium’s controls into the main campus front-end before the first home game of the season which was held soon after construction was completed.
The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa
