The facility includes 13 stories of office space, an eight-story parking podium, and ground-floor restaurant and retail space. ATS designed and installed a building automation system that assisted 1401 Lawrence in achieving an elevated level of environmental efficiency as well as the LEED Gold Core and Shell certification.
